Cheniere achieves substantial completion of Train 4 at CCL Stage 3
Cheniere has announced the substantial completion of Train 4 at its Corpus Christi Liquefaction (CCL) Stage 3 Project in Gregory, Texas (U.S.).
The project milestone took place Dec. 19, when Cheniere took care, custody and control of the train from Bechtel, the company’s engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor.
It marks the project’s fourth midscale train completion in 2025 and underscores Cheniere’s strong track record of disciplined growth and successful project execution.

The CCL Stage 3 project, which, upon completion, will comprise seven mid-scale trains and more than 10 metric MMtpy of LNG capacity, continues to track ahead of schedule and on budget.
The project’s three remaining trains are expected to achieve substantial completion in 2026.
