Russia's Gazprom says raises 2017 investments to almost $20 B

MOSCOW (Reuters) — Russian gas giant Gazprom said on Wednesday its board had decided to increase its investment program to 1.13 T roubles ($19.7 B), or by 217.3 B roubles from the initial plan.
It also said capital expenditure for this year was being raised to 738.5 B roubles, or by 112.5 B roubles compared to the initial program approved at the end of 2016.
