BEIJING (Reuters) — China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) has shut 18 gas gathering stations and a gas processing plant in China's western province Shaanxi because of heavy rain, the company said on the Chinese social media site Weibo on Wednesday.
The closure will lead to a daily loss of 3.6 MMm3 gas output in Zizhou gas field.
CNPC did not say when gas production in Zizhou field will resume.
