Gail India awards tender for April LNG shipment

MILAN (Reuters) -- Gail India has awarded a tender for a liquefied natural gas (LNG) shipment delivering in April at a price of around $6 per MMbtu, traders said.

Estimates of the transaction price by traders ranged from slightly below to slightly above that level.
The supplier could not be immediately identified.
