In the US, Henry Hub natural gas spot prices stabilized in April and early May to levels last seen in the summer of 2016, after vacillating in 4Q 2016 and 1Q 2017. As of early May, gas prices were hovering around $3/MMBtu, according to US EIA data. Maintenance on the US–Canada Vector Pipeline is keeping more domestic gas in the US from May 1 until the end of work. Meanwhile, US production of NGL, LPG, ethane/ethylene and propane/propylene rose in February after across-the-board dips in December 2016 and January 2017. GP
