ONEOK acquires remaining interest in Delaware Basin JV for $940 MM

ONEOK, Inc. announced the acquisition of the remaining 49.9% interest in Delaware G&P LLC (Delaware Basin JV) from NGP XI Midstream Holdings, L.L.C. for $940 million, consisting of $530 million in cash and $410 million in ONEOK common stock.
ONEOK completes NGL fractionation and pipeline expansion projects
ONEOK Inc. has completed MB-6, a 125,000-bpd natural gas liquids (NGL) fractionator in Mont Belvieu, Texas, and the full looping of the West Texas NGL Pipeline system.
