Russian govt backs spending on Novatek-led LNG project

Russia’s government has formally approved the spending of 103.6 billion roubles ($1.63 billion) on a liquefied natural gas terminal needed for gas producer Novatek’s Arctic LNG-2 project, a government document showed.
