Gazprom sees same gas buys from Russian producers, flat mkt share in 2017

MOSCOW (Reuters) — Russia's largest gas producer Gazprom plans to buy roughly the same amount of gas from independent producers in Russia this year as in 2016, Kirill Seleznev, a board member of Gazprom, told a briefing on Tuesday.

Gazprom also aims to maintain its share on the Russian gas market this year, he said. Gazprom has bought a total of 60.5 Bcm of gas from independent producers last year, Seleznev said.
