(Reuters) - Korea Gas Corp (KOGAS) said on Wednesday that it signed a conditional sales contract with BP to supply around 330 Mtpy of LNG from its Mozambique gas field.
Under the deal, KOGAS will sell 10% of the gas produced from the Coral South floating LNG facility to BP over a 20-year period, according to a KOGAS statement.
The Coral South floating LNG facility is to be developed in the Area 4 Block, which Eni SpA's East Africa unit operates with a 70% stake, the statement said.
