In the US, Henry Hub (HH) natural gas spot prices continued to slide into the beginning of 2015. The HH spot price has fallen by 17% so far in 2015 on the back of crude oil’s downward trajectory and an oversupply of gas in storage. NGL prices were seen climbing back up in the first few months of the year as production remained steady to slightly higher. Despite low crude oil prices, NGL output remains strong on the abundance of gas in the US, and several producers are looking to take advantage of low-priced ethane. GP
