BCCK offers Nitech-style IV nitrogen rejection units in West Texas, featuring innovative tech
BCCK, a leader in engineering, procurement, fabrication and field construction services, has expanded its footprint in the Permian Basin with its NiTech Style IV dual column nitrogen rejection unit project.

Utilizing BCCK’s advanced NiTech NRU, the new project will increase the company’s reach in West Texas. The 160 MMSCFD NiTech Style IV NRU, the company’s latest design, features a modular skidded design that can adjust to compositional or flow capacity changes. The Style IV delivers high recoveries and reduces overall emissions.
As a complete engineering, procurement, and construction provider, BCCK will supply major operators with its highly efficient, reliable design using minimal equipment.
Greg Hall, executive vice president, BCCK, said, “BCCK’s roots run deep in West Texas, and we are excited to continue our history of bringing innovative technology with over 1.25 bcf of nitrogen rejection installed and upcoming in the Permian Basin.”
BCCK has been delivering nitrogen rejection solutions since installing its first NiTech NRU in 1994. Since then, the NiTech NRU process has been widely used across the natural gas industry to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases
Hall said, “BCCK was chosen for this esteemed project because of our vast experience and superior nitrogen rejection technology. We are proud to partner with our valued customers to bring an efficient and environmentally friendly design to lower greenhouse emissions.”
